What We do
BDS provides professional accounting services which assists with the maintenance and upkeep of all your accounting records through the use of Cloud accounting software, Xero. Through other value added services, we offer advisory services including but not limited to financial due diligence assessments. We also take care of your secretarial needs in relation to the CIPC.

Accounting/Bookkeeping
While you focus on other matters of your business and should you or your team not have the time or expertise to regularly update your accounting records, BDS will provide a value-focused accounting service through delivery of the following services:
– Capturing transactions
– Review of transactions
– Reconciliations
– Preparation and/or review of annual financial statements

Annual Financial Statements
We will assist in the preparation and/or review of annual financial statements, which may assist in securing finance for your business and is also required for annual tax submissions to SARS as well as annual company returns required to be submitted to the CIPC.
